| Job Description:The Senior Financial Analyst functions as a resource person for the Corporation's operating and capital budgeting processes. The individual will primarily provide analytical support for the annual capital budget preparation, and the ongoing implementation and monitoring of the approved capital budgets. The Senior Financial Analyst maintains records and performs analyses relating to the capital budgets, including the approval of capital acquisitions and disbursement of funds, and to a lesser extent the operating budgets. Finally, the Senior Financial Analyst prepares periodic summary reports for use by senior management as well as assists the Corporate Director of Financial Planning with special analyses as needed.

Dimensions Healthcare HR Department is looking for a HR Representative/Recruiter
Job Summary: Coordinates recruitment activity for Allied Health positions. Responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, scheduling, testing and referring best candidates to the respective hiring departments. Develops recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Attends local and regional, national and international job fairs to attract candidates.
If you have at least 3 years professional recruitment experience with at least 2 years spent in a medical environment then we would like to hear from you.
Reporting to the HR Director you will need superior communication skills: both written and verbal, the tenacity and persistence to put in long hours, a discriminating eye for talent and good computer skills. A Bachelor's degree and PHR certification are preferred. This position is located at our Laurel Regional Hospital.
