Duties include: • Projects ranging from improvement of existing lines to plant maintenance; • Timing and financial control of projects to ensure strategic marketing and sales impact; • Developing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), down time and root cause analysis, and strategic part sourcing and procurement; • Spare parts management; • Robotics operation and maintenance; • Utility cost control and environmental compliance; • Coordinating with Industrial Engineering for ergonomic analysis, verification of plant performance standard, reducing labor expenses, and time and motion studies to quantify performance standards.
